The YCC premises were open to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Economy of North Macedonia which had a presentation of their IPARD program. IPARD represents access to EU funds for financial help for sustainable agriculture and rural progress, focused on the implementation of the EU legislature in terms of common agriculture politics. Interested citizens of Gostivar and surrounding areas had the opportunity to get more acquainted with the program, terms of applying, etc.
