What should be done to ensure quality youth work? How can youth organizations and youth workers know what skills they need to have and what can help them plan their development? What should the Youth Work Portfolio look like? These are just some of the questions that were discussed at the YCC together with young people, youth workers, representatives from related and complementary professions (social workers, pedagogues, psychologists, etc.), representatives from local decision-makers, and other actors interested in quality youth work. The meeting is part of the project "Quality youth work: a framework for further development of youth work" supported by the National Agency for European Educational Programs and Mobility.
