After many delays because of the corona pandemic, YEP finally started off their Robokid project at our premises. This project includes very entertaining training for high school students on using the LEGO Mindstorm Robots. Later on, these students supervise and facilitate the workshops including younger students on age 12-13 years from different primary schools who will compete among each other at the preliminary and final competitions. The youngsters show a lot of interest in this project, which is implemented among five groups counting up to 8 participants each. Robokid is organized by YEP, and this time it's being implemented as part of the Regional Programme on Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 2 (ReLOaD2), which is financially supported by the European Union and is implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
