The Municipality of Gostivar organized a tribune and presented the short film "The Witness", inspired by a true story of women raped during the war in Kosovo. The mayor of Gostivar took part in this event and explained that as a local government, they have contributed enough and will continue to work for gender equality and awareness against gender-based violence. Njomza Shaqiri was organizing and leading the panel and Flakron Bexheti, a university professor,  presented concrete examples of protection and freedoms guaranteed by our laws in force. The artist, journalist, publicist, and director Clodi Cadillari accompanied by Italian guitarist Enrico Armentano, brought fragments of poetry dedicated to women.
