Women in Business
Starting March 20th, the participants of the "Women in Business" project have attended a full 80-hour session on the topic "Entrepreneurship and Business Plan Development". During this period they managed to gain new skills in entrepreneurship, first by understanding the role of women in entrepreneurship and then how to draw up a business plan. Also, after the intensive attendance of the lectures, the participants drafted their business plans which include the vision, business mission, marketing, scope, target group as well as financial aspect, and understanding more about budget planning. All lectures were held at the Youth and Community Center, despite several hours being spent online due to government measures for Covid19. After that, they presented their business plans and exchanged ideas, suggestions, and comments. This 80-hour training was led by trainer Arbana Selimi Sadiku. During this period they held the third training in a row on "Leadership and problem solving" where they gained new skills in problem-solving and were introduced to effective methods to solve problems mainly in the workplace or to mediate in certain cases. This training was led by Enis Miftari.
