It was another event of the YEP Talks, a series of Motivational Talks for Youth where this time the guest speaker was Merita Dema, which is working as a Head of a team in EVN Macedonia, a company that has power/electricity distribution and supply on the territory of the entire country, as its primary activity. Through her speech, the guest wanted to motivate and encourage the attendees to get involved and study natural sciences, this was aimed especially at the girls, which are seeing engineering as a less common scope in which they will pursue their future studies.

The main conclusion from this motivational speech was that girls can be engineers as well, not just good ones, but the best in their scope of work.
