The Leadership workshop was organized by YMLP and GLOW clubs Gostivar. The participants had a lot of fun while learning about what is leadership, which are the different styles of leadership, and what it takes to be a good leader. They were also able to roleplay different leadership styles and took a test to find out their own. The activity also included various exercises and energizers which were aimed at greater confidence and better understanding among participants.
