The YCC had the pleasure of hosting and co-organizing the 4-day Youth Innovation Lab - Campaign Training Programme, in the framework of the project Young Cities, implemented by ISD and Democracy Lab. During these four days, different teams of young people had the opportunity to attend in-depth training on how to develop and manage impactful initiatives for the social change they want to see in their community. They were also able to build out a range of critical skills - such as campaigning, public speaking, branding & marketing, budget management, and proposal writing - as well as network with CSOs, NGOs, and like-minded youth from across the city.

On the final day of the training, the participants also had the unique chance of meeting the Mayor of the Municipality of Gostivar - Mr. Arben Taravari, and the members of the Community Action Team (CAT), where they were able to present and discuss their campaigns, focusing on the support that the youth will need from these relevant local stakeholders for the process of delivering the project campaigns.
