The Youth Community Centre organized a one-day workshop on Youth Policy and Engagement, prior to the Youth Policy and Engagement Forum. About 30 Young Cities grantees/alumni participated, ensuring representation from each of the 15 Young Cities youth groups. The workshop was facilitated by two local experts in youth and policy-making, Blazhen Maleski and Vlora Recica. These policy experts lead informative sessions to build an understanding of policy-making processes in North Macedonia and facilitated brainstorming sessions to identify priorities for the Youth Policy and Engagement Forum. Informative and brainstorming sessions enhanced youth knowledge and understanding of policy-making and government processes, helped draft the Youth Priorities Document, and prepared participants for the Forum.
