The association "Demoktaci Lab" within the framework of the project "Equal Opportunities for ALL: Building Gender-Responsible Sustainable Local Communities" held a panel discussion in Gostivar on the topic: "Obstacles as Stairs to Success".

Two successful women, Arta Bilali Zendeli and Imererlije Saliu Fetai, who, although originally from non-urban areas, introduced themselves through conversation and questions and showed how they managed to overcome gender challenges and are now respected professionals and role models for society.

The event was attended by young high school students and students, representatives of institutions, local civil society organizations, as well as interested citizens.
