The YCC staff had the pleasure to host and take an active part in the second Meeting for Municipal Youth Initiatives supported by the UNDP North Macedonia in partnership with the Municipality of Gostivar.

During this meeting were specified the ideas for two local youth initiatives on the topic of youth participation and constructive narratives (against hate speech, mutual understanding, social cohesion, etc.) proposed by young people, members of the youth council, youth centers, and youth civic organizations in the initial meeting. This time, the representatives of the newly established Local Youth Council of the Municipality of Gostivar took part and proposed concrete ideas and proposals for possible activities that will be implemented in line with their annual action plan.

The youth initiatives will be supported by UNDP North Macedonia and the implementation should also be carried out by the youth in cooperation with the Municipality of Gostivar and the Local Youth Council.
