In anticipation of the activities it has, which refer to the encouragement and development of female entrepreneurship as well as the support of women in the growth and development of their entrepreneurial skills, the National Platform for Women Entrepreneurship organized and implemented training for women entrepreneurs on the topic of HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP.

The National Platform for Women's Entrepreneurship is the main social partner for policy-making and reform processes, which primarily refers to the facilitation of dialogue, networking, and consultation between women entrepreneurs, both at the national and local levels; improving the capacities of civil society organizations for women's entrepreneurship as well as representation and cooperation with national and local authorities and promoting women entrepreneurs as drivers of change in public policy.
