This program is designed to help the youth gain knowledge about the importance of volunteering and advocacy and provide them with the necessary tools to successfully conduct volunteering events.

The participants of the program will meet for an hour each week for 15 weeks in a row. The course will mostly consist of lectures, workshops, and simulations of the taught processes. In some of the lectures where the program leader identifies relevant guest speakers, in addition to the workshops there will also be guest speakers with more experience in the respective topic. The final few lessons will consist of the volunteers designing and implementing their own projects.
