The YCC staff had the pleasure of starting to host and mentor facilitators at the first of a series of workshops to be held within the framework of the project Local Youth Participation Matters implemented by the Center for Intercultural Dialogue (CID) Kumanovo and YCC as their local partner organization.

During the first sessions, the participants had the opportunity to get to know each other within the group and together with the facilitators talked about interesting topics such as team building, and intercultural learning.

The main goal of the project is the inclusion of young people and the promotion of their active participation in decision-making and policy-making processes through processes of representation and civic activism related to the spheres of social cohesion, human rights, multiculturalism, and democracy at the local and national levels.
