The YCC staff continued implementing the workshops within the framework of the project Local Youth Participation Matters implemented by the Center for Intercultural Dialogue (CID) Kumanovo and YCC as their local partner organization. The workshops are facilitated by four young people, which were previously trained for this role and who have a great experience as civic activists and being part of nonformal education processes.

During today's sessions, the participants which are young people from diverse cultural backgrounds were able to learn new things on the topics of Leadership and Youth Participation.

The main goal of the project is the inclusion of young people and the promotion of their active participation in decision-making and policy-making processes through processes of representation and civic activism related to the spheres of social cohesion, human rights, multiculturalism, and democracy at the local and national levels.
