The YCC staff hosted and mentored the eighth workshop implemented within the framework of the project Local Youth Participation Matters, which is a series of workshops combined and implemented with two different groups of participants.

During this session, the participants worked on their preparations for the final activity which will conclude this module of workshops with a community-based event. The final activity will be a peaceful walk for a healthier and cleaner environment which will take place at the city park.

The project Local Youth Participation Matters is implemented by the Center for Intercultural Dialogue (CID) Kumanovo and YCC as their local partner organization. The main goal of the project is the inclusion of young people and the promotion of their active participation in decision-making and policy-making processes through processes of representation and civic activism related to the spheres of social cohesion, human rights, multiculturalism, and democracy at the local and national levels.
