The Youth and Community Center – Gostivar in a collaboration with Gymnasium high school, organized an interactive workshop with high school students focused on stereotypes, prejudice, and their impact on individuals and communities. The activity brought together 44 participants, who had the opportunity to explore how stereotypes are formed and how they can influence the way we perceive and interact with others.

Through group discussions, interactive exercises, and real-life examples, participants reflected on common stereotypes present in everyday life and discussed ways to recognize and challenge them. The workshop encouraged students to think critically about assumptions and to better understand the importance of respecting differences and diversity.

The activity provided a safe and open space for students to exchange opinions, share experiences, and learn from one another. By promoting empathy, critical thinking, and open-mindedness, the workshop aimed to empower young people to contribute to a more inclusive and respectful community.
