This program is designed to prepare young people in identifying their skills and career path as well as get them ready for the processes that they need to go through in their career paths such as applying for studies or vocational schools, internships, and jobs. The participants will be able to better understand their career aspirations, become independent writers of their own resumes and CVs, and application forms, prepare for various interviews, and be able to establish their own personal branding.

The participants of the program will meet for an hour each week for 15 weeks in a row. The course will mostly consist of lectures, workshops, and simulations of the taught processes. In some of the lectures where the program leader identifies relevant guest speakers, in addition to the workshops there will also be guest speakers with more experience in the respective topic.
