Renata Nackovska Smilkoska has been working as a coordinator at the Youth and Community Center since its opening in 2018. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at "Iustinianus Primus" University "St. Cyril and Methodius" Skopje and completed her master's degree in criminal law from the same university. As a youth worker, she organizes the center's daily activities, facilitates non-formal education programs, and moderates and organizes debates, workshops, focus groups, etc. Until now, she participated in training in North Macedonia and Europe dedicated to youth work. Renata is passionate about active citizenship and strives to encourage, help and motivate young people to make positive changes In the community.
