Renata Nackovska Smilkoska has been working as a coordinator/ project manager at the Youth and Community Center since its opening in 2018. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at "Iustinianus Primus" University "St. Cyril and Methodius" Skopje and completed her master's degree in criminal law from the same university. She organizes the center's daily activities, facilitates non-formal education programs, writes and coordinates projects, and moderates and organizes debates, workshops, focus groups, etc. So far, she has participated in training in North Macedonia and Europe dedicated to youth work, democracy, and human rights. Renata is passionate about active citizenship and strives to encourage, help, and motivate young people to make positive changes in the community.
